Our Recruitment Process

1. Advertisement

All job listings are posted on our website. Complete the application process online.

2. Initial Screening

Your online application will be reviewed by the Recruitment Team. They will assess your competencies and experience to determine if you are a match with the criteria. You will be shortlisted if you pass this stage.

3. Aptitude Test

For some roles, we may require you to do an aptitude or skills-based test. You will be shortlisted for an interview if you pass this stage.

4. Interview Process

Our interviews are competency-based and are conducted by experienced interviewers. The interview will be in-depth and will cover your technical and motivational fit for the role, team and company. The interview may be online via Google Meet or face-to-face at our office.

5. Pre-Employment Checks

If you are selected, background and reference checks, and medical exams will be conducted.

6. Offer

You will receive an offer via email. Upon acceptance, the Employment Contract will be sent to you.

7. Onboarding

You will be scheduled for induction within the first month of employment and be on probation for six (6) months. If you pass your probation, you will then be confirmed as an employee of the company.
